Our Mission

To provide young people ages 18-40 the opportunity to develop personal leadership skills through
local community service and organizational involvement while expanding the Kearney Jaycee movement.

Our Vision

The Vision of the Kearney Jaycees is to be the organization for young adults in the Kearney, NE area, providing
service and leadership to our communities, the state and the nation in order to affect positive change.
